Why I Do This
I have spent twelve years working in and around small business, and I have owned one since 2018. In that time I paid tens of thousands of dollars in credit card processing fees, and every one of those dollars was a complete loss.
It never felt like a cost of doing business. It felt like a tax for owning a business and being cool enough to let clients pay with a card.
The alternative was forcing everyone back to ACH and paper checks like the good old days. So I ate the fee instead. Every single time.
When I came across the cash discount program, I was blown away. Here was a way to keep accepting cards without handing over enormous sums for the privilege. Nobody gets forced to use a card. If a customer wants that convenience, they can cover it.

DFW Pay Pros is an independent sales organization. We sell and support merchant services on behalf of larger processors rather than running the processing platform ourselves, and we work with businesses in all 50 states, from single storefronts to multi-location operations.
Being independent is the whole advantage. We partner with a number of nationwide card processors, companies that have been doing this for decades and have the infrastructure, the security, the funding capacity, and the rate structures that come with that scale. Because we are not owned by any single one of them, we are free to put your account wherever it actually belongs.
A processor that sells direct can only ever offer you one answer: their own. We can compare, and we negotiate on your side of the table. If the cash discount program is not the right call for your business, we will tell you that, and price out a traditional rate instead.
