DFW Pay Pros provides merchant services consulting, payment processing solutions, and point-of-sale equipment to businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and beyond. Our services include, but are not limited to, payment processing rate analysis, merchant account setup, POS terminal and equipment provisioning, and ongoing support for payment processing needs.

We act as a consultant and authorized representative for payment processing providers. The specific terms of any merchant account, processing agreement, or equipment lease/purchase will be governed by the respective agreements between you and the applicable payment processor or equipment provider.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements, and be operating a legitimate business that complies with all applicable laws and regulations. By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these eligibility requirements.

Consultations and Quotes

We offer free consultations and rate analyses to prospective clients. Any quotes, savings estimates, or rate comparisons provided during a consultation are estimates only and are based on the information you provide to us. Actual rates, fees, and savings may vary based on your actual processing volume, transaction types, business category, and the terms offered by the payment processor.

Quotes and estimates are not guarantees of final pricing. Final terms are subject to approval by the payment processor and may be contingent upon underwriting review.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when communicating with us, including but not limited to your business details, processing volumes, current rates, and contact information. You understand that inaccurate or incomplete information may result in incorrect quotes, service delays, or the inability to provide services.

We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from inaccurate or misleading information provided by you.

Third-Party Services and Agreements

Our services involve connecting you with third-party payment processors, equipment manufacturers, and other service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not a party to the agreements between you and these third-party providers. Each third-party service will be governed by its own terms of service, merchant agreements, and policies.

We strongly encourage you to read and understand all third-party agreements before signing. DFW Pay Pros is not liable for the actions, terms, fees, or service quality of any third-party provider, though we will advocate on your behalf and assist with any issues to the best of our ability.

Equipment

If you purchase or lease payment processing equipment through DFW Pay Pros, the terms of that purchase or lease will be specified in a separate agreement. Equipment warranties, return policies, and support terms are subject to the manufacturer’s or provider’s policies. We will clearly communicate all equipment terms before any purchase or lease is finalized.

You are responsible for the proper care and use of any equipment provided. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification is not covered under standard warranties.

Fees and Payment

DFW Pay Pros does not charge fees for consultations or rate analyses. Any fees associated with payment processing, merchant accounts, or equipment will be clearly disclosed before you enter into any agreement. Processing fees are charged by the payment processor, not by DFW Pay Pros, unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DFW Pay Pros or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.
